it technically can because I did it once in a cap but I prefer to write it as a body swap only. if i do a trait swap in it though i write it as an experimental procedure and not something the clinic offers out right. so somehow if someone gets a trait swap its through finding out about the experimental procedure the public is unaware of and doing something to get access to it. for example someone could bribe there way into setting up a trait swap or they could maybe be a volunteer for testing the experimental procedure. hope this answered your question :) thanks for commenting.
I have a question. Can the swap clinic swap traits also like age or gender, or can it only swap bodies?
