Eccentric (Final Follow Up)

moving right along with follow-up week here is the final follow-up to eccentric. The original cap has gained a lot more fanfare than I expected so because of that I wrote a follow up which even though I know it has its fans I don't personally think lives up to the original and if anything damages it.  so in this final follow up I attempt to rectify that by working with both the original and follow-up to make a good final cap in this story that I feel lived up to the original.
